This is my girls room. They are loose all day and put themselves to bed in their cage around the time it gets dark.
This is a view looking into the far right cornrer. Notice the steps. These make it easy for the girls to get up and down.
This is the wall side left coner. There is a cardboard box for chewing, two latrines, (The cage also has a food dish.) A bucket with corn cob bedding (the top is used for feeding. This is Lily eating breakfast.) and a chair for visitors.
This is the wall opposite the couch. The tables are too tall for them to jump up on no matter how hard they try.
This shows the gate to their room. It's tall enough at 34 inches that they can't jump out but short enough so we can step over it. if they are at the gate when we are trying to get in. They like to escape into the house to run AMOK. We try not to let them because a human house has too many dangers for a pd to just run loose in.

This is the far left corner. There is a wire ladder to make it easy to get in and out of the tank. The tank is cleaned at least once a a day. Pds tend to use the sand for an extra latrine.
